On behalf of our family, I wish to thank you and yours for a great Thanksgiving turkey Just wonderful! And thank you for directing us to the website that help us prepare the bird. While it was hard for this old cook to turn the heat down, it sure worked!

Thank you again for our turkey. The bird turned out perfectly for our Thanksgiving dinner. I brined the bird overnight, then roasted it for almost three hours. It was the best turkey I have ever cooked for our Thanksgiving! I will certainly be in touch with you for our next Thanksgiving. I look forward to the ham we got from you for our Christmas dinner!

Wow, I guess you don’t know what you miss till you have tried something better! Those whole chickens I got were so much meatier and denser [than commercial chickens]. They were incredible! From now on, I am going to be buying my whole birds from you when I want to make fried chicken or smoke whole chickens. Wish you and your family all the best!

Tonight for dinner, I little lamb rib chops on the grill. We ate it with black beans and brown rice. It was ridiculously good! Excellent! Thank you Jonathan!
-
The pork was amazing and tasted so good! We ended up not adding any seasoning or anything, and instead let it cook in its own juices. It was amazing.

We bought chickens from you this year for the first time, and let me tell you, they are fanchickentabulous! So chicken-y, and just absolutely delicious. And this coming from someone who has grown up on farm-raised chicken. I roasted the first one with garlic, onion, and rosemary and served it to my ever-loving husband for his birthday. It made him want to marry me all over again. So, thanks! You're doing great work.

Pasture-raised meats is the way to go...wouldn't want it any other way! Thank you so much for all you do and thank God for people like you!

Just wanted to thank you and your family for all the work you put into raising the turkeys. Our turkey was the best we've had yet. We are hoping to make that a family tradition to have a Bryant Family Farm turkey each year.

Everyone loved the turkey you all raised. It literally fell off the bone and was so moist. I made an excellent gravy from the drippings and an excellent turkey stock from the bones. Thank you so much!

WOW! That turkey was the most delicious we have EVER had!! It had such a nice layer of fat, it tasted as yummy as bacon! It was not dry like lots of turkey, and I didn't even put butter under the skin. Our bone broth was so rich and turned into the thickest jelly we ever made. We feel so blessed to have your family as our farmers and thanked God for you on Thanksgiving!
Dana’s Stir-Fry Grass-Fed Beef
This is one of our family favorites, it is very quick and simple to make; great for last minute dinners!
Stir fry beef, cut into bite size pieces
4 carrots, cut
1 onion, sliced…
Fresh Ham
We love fresh hams, rather than having them all cured. We used the fresh ham recipe from The Grassfed Gourmet Cookbook, by Shannon Hayes, using an herb rub with fresh rosemary. The meat was delicious! The fresh ham tasted like a pork roast – very tender and flavorful….
Pork Ribs
The pork ribs we purchased from BFF turned out fantastic. They were very lean and tender.
Dry Rub
2 1/2 TBS brown sugar
1 TBS garlic powder
1 TBS seasoned salt
1 TBS onion powder…
Do you know how to cook with grass-fed beef?
